Unknown Packet - O2EB

Hey guys, I am having trouble connecting to iRO Loki...

It is letting me connect, but I am getting this following error.

use the ok -configuration and wxstart.exe

I try doing this I install the wxstat and I got this Uknown 02E7 error, Any idea how to fix it ?
