[HELP] connectivity problem in RagnaDrima

Hello, guys. I read all the tutorials about connectivity and i still cant connect at RagnaDrima (www.ragnadrima.com).
This server uses Harmony Anti-Cheating System, and i cant use WPE.
When i tried to use the Wireshark, i filter my username and i filter anything...
I cant connect in Account Server.
