Catch the server ip

I'm trying to get the ip of a server, I've tried everything, even the Wireshark.

I have clientinfo.xml, but part of the ip, instead of being a ip, is an address of a site.

game.servername.com

What to do? Unfortunately the server does not work the WPE.
